Cape is Mario's side Special Move in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is also Mario's reflector technique.
Effects and Moves[]
Mario's cape is extremely weak but powerful at the same time. He will pull out his cape and swing it. He is seen using this in the Melee Intro and the Brawl Intro. It is also used as a reflector. When an opponent attacks Mario and he uses the cape, the attack reflects back at the opponent.
Causes and Damage[]
Since his cape is extremely weak, his cape can only give 1%. Although if he reflects an attack at an opponent, the oppoenent will get the damage the attack gives plus 1%. Sometimes if the attack doesn't work, the opponent will flip and attack.
