Battleship Halberd Bridge is the twenty-fifth stage of the Subspace Emissary story. It is unlocked after Battleship Halberd Exterior is completed. This is one of the two stages to be a boss stage only, The Ruined Hall being the other. After Entrance to Subspace is completed, this level cannot be played until Subspace (Part 1) is completed.

Story[]
In the Control Room, Snake, Meta Knight, and Lucario find out that 5 Fake Mr. Game & Watches have been controlling the Battleship. Snake attacks the Fake Game & Watches as it falls onto the Bridge. The Fake Game & Watches transform into a Subspace Mech named Duon. Snake and Lucario jump out on the bridge to fight Duon with Fox, Peach, and Shiek. Suddenly, another Arwing passes by. Falco releases himself out of it and lands on the bridge to fight Duon.
After the battle, Duon transforms into a Mr. Game & Watch trophy. Fox prepares to attack it while Peach goes to revive Mr. Game & Watch. Peach lets Mr. Game & Watch play around with her parasol. Meanwhile in the control room, Meta Knight brings the Battleship out of Dark Shadow to The Canyon.
